23 years ago today I watched my precious daughters whoosh into the world - well Naomi whooshed, after Bex had struggled and strained and really didn't want to come out (she's always been the wise one!) - I'd never heard of ventouse before that day!
In this amazing modern world we live in, my sister in Texas heard of my poorliness yesterday afternoon, and today an essential oils "antiviral" blend arrived!! 
Work day was OK, Phil was very sweet and kept encouraging me to go home, but I was feeling much better so refused! 
Binge-watched 2nd series of Kin about a crime family in Dublin - think I have 1 or 2 episodes left now. 
After sleeping most of Sunday, of course I'm not sleepy now... :/
