It was nice to come home for dinner. We watched the original Ghostbusters and that was awesome. It’s old, but it’s still funny. I haven’t seen Afterlife so although Frozen Empire is out at the cinemas, I’ll give it a miss.

I finished reading a book called Difficult Conversations by Douglas Stone, Bruce Patton and Sheila Heen, the second revised version. It’s an amazing book and has affected the way I speak with people. I realise who little empathy I have until I read this book. It’s given me a lot more confidence to engage with people and have less stress and anger. I still have to do emotional work, these are difficult conversations, but better than hiding.
