Ladybug dance

Ride this morning - made a bit harder when the wind came up.  Thank goodness for the e-bike, though M would have know she'd ridden on her regular bike!  Home then and into lawn mowing - ooohh.....it's such a cathartic job!  Instant feel-good factor looking at a freshly mown lawn, especially when the recent rain has greened things up a lot.  

Hunted out Monty Jnr and was pleased to find him still munching away on the swan plant leaves.  Still no sign of little cuzzie though.  It was whilst I was searching for the Monty's that I noticed these 2 love birds....a couple of yellow and black ladybugs.  There was a bit of a chase before he caught her but he was not going to let her go once he had her wrapped up in 4 of his 6 arms!  Romantic...?  Hardly!

Otherwise, a nice restful afternoon spent finishing a jigsaw.  Very relaxing.
