A good day today, well worth getting an early (for me) bus, in the opposite direction to usual, to try out the 'Stayfit' group of ladies, for an hour of exercise.  It was brilliant. A fab group of happy, smiling ladies, exercising with bands, and little weights, I feel as though I've been to the gym and feel so good. I've been looking for this sort of setup ever since I've lived here. So glad I've found them. Came home to the delivery of my electric mower,  and the sun has been shining on and off as well. This little bee, a carder bee I think, was enjoying the pulmonaria, which has been in flower for weeks ...
