We had a stormy night with fresh snow on the mountains, but after a rainy start, the weather was beautiful today and we explored Lucerne. This is the view from the city walls which we climbed up to and walked round. We also took an hour’s cruise round the lake this afternoon which was beautiful, but so windy and cold! Nearly 20,000 steps and 8 1/2 miles,  I should sleep tonight!
