Windy bank heist

Due to another massive temperature drop (it's maybe snowing the coming days from 30°C beforehand) the wind was pushing through the valley. 
In the morning I stumbled into an ongoing bank heist. Quite the surreal action movie scene. 
It's the third time similar robberies happened in the last two months. Probably the same person...
