The Kiss

It looked to me like these two gorgeous scarlet dahlias were stealing a voluptuous kiss.  

Very interesting tour of Lanyon (historic homestead). Inside was dark, not really lending itself to photography but I have included as Extra an awful shot of some Victorian hair art. The first I’d heard of it - made me somewhat squeamish, but I guess it passed the time if one didn’t have the talent for embroidery or watercolours (or photography).

The garden was just glorious, and the weather perfect for a picnic lunch.
