Notes: Woke up several times again and then awake 430a and couldn't go back to sleep - finally got up after an hour. Did the first FB post for ArtOUT and some other work in the morning, late coffee. Tired but couldn't rest. Dad's hand (fingers) surgery set for afternoon. Went to the pool a bit early - already hot out. Did a really short breathing meditation and some exercises then relaxed some. Ate another quinoa bowl and worked a bit more. Call w/ Jana a bit after 2p and then worked awhile more, quick shower. Then worked and watched vids until 620p. Dad didn't go into surgery until after 4p (central) and I got the text from Mom ~ 630p that all went well. Streamed shows - so tired but stayed awake as long as I could. Dad was supp to be discharged, but didn't hear from Mom that they made it home before I went to sleep.
