Not What It Seems
As an experiment I've been avoiding wheat for the last week. This presents some difficult challenges for a wheatophile bread addict with a soft spot for pasta and cous-cous. However riding to the rescue over the foody horizon came a large bag of Masa Harina, the basis for corn tortillas, I'm a bit out of practice and so yesterdays tortilllas were tasty but a bit on the thick side. This pancake was a bit more successful.
