All around me are familiar places

I was enjoying having the blinds rolled up on my windows today

For.too long it's been grey and dismal outside which has probably influenced my mood 

But today. I actually sat and looked at the blue.   I looked at the trees.  

It's awesome actually to be able to sit and have so many different trees in front of you and watch their rebirth. Their multiplication and then their sleep.

Today, it actually looked like it might be spring. 

It lifted me.

Until my boss said the wrong thing 

And then I went home.  Teary eyed
