When we purchased our student rental property over 20 years ago The garage was full of borer and not really in the best shape. This year it has been leaning over, so today I prganised for my builder and his son to pull it down. Once they had removed the doors and windows, a rope tied to end end and moderate force lowered the structure. The wood is being used for firewood and the rest was dumped. Built in 1950, this signifies the end of the 74 year old structure.
