Foodiephiles
Son H shakes a pan of spices he's toasting to grind up for fresh garam masala; on the right are the jars of melon and ginger jam I've made (from discarded fruit) to sell at our surplus food cafe. Earlier in the day son G returned from his holiday in Greece with coffee, herbs, olives, salt and fruit leather. For supper we had our favourite pasta sauce made with Italian sausages and then a French-style peach and strawberry clafoutis. Now I'm eating chocolate from Grenada, via Philadelphia.
Wales didn't get a look-in today - no, wait, I picked some rocket in the greenhouse.
