Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Very happy dogs today as they got a long over due walk. 

I hadn't been able to take them out. I have been suffering with my ankle. I went to see the physio at the doctor's about the one that was really causing an issue but it seems it decided to say tag your it to the other one. 

Anyway basically it's my hypermobility and they have now become even more wobbly. 

I have physio plan in place and if I need additional support then I can refer for face to face physio. I do love how you get told to not do things that make it hurt. Er well I can't exactly stop walking. Debating getting something to stabilise the joint to stop me bending them the wrong way as an aid while working on strengthening the muscles.
