Lungwort ( Pulmonaria officinalis )

Another blip taken in Kanyl's garden, in this case, dodging between rain drops.

There are in the region of 10 to 18 species of Pulmonaria found worldwide.  The rather odd name Pulmonaria is because in ancient times the spotted leaves were thought to resemble diseased lungs.  Pulmonaria are valued as a ground cover plant,  Another plant that tolerates most soil types and pH values.  They don't like bright sun preferring shade or partial shade.
