It's been a difficult week but there is light at the end of the tunnel!

My GP told me to take my blood pressure once a week so I have opted for Friday as that is my weigh in day too!  Last week I had 5 readings in the normal range so I was quite pleased!  Hoping this week will be the same but I suspect some stress from yesterday and this morning may have an effect on it.  We shall see!
