I had a quiet day. Met a personal trainer who I’ll start working with next week. Just once a week, not trained but highly experienced and recommended - suits me!
In the evening I met a good friend of mine from Egypt who’s now living in the UK. We had a nice dinner together at a Lebanese restaurant and talked for hours.
