This building sits on the Cashmere hills of Christchurch, NZ.
It was built by Harry Ell between 1918-1948 and is one of the historic rest / roadhouses built on the Summit Road.
Today it still provides light refreshments five days a week while the upstairs is available for weddings and functions.
Cracroft Reserve sits next door and provides panoramic views over the city to the distant Southern Alps and the Pacific ocean.
Extras include interior views of the building and views from Cracroft Reserve.
