Opening up

The moment just before the sepal dropped off..
A new flower for anew day.
Food bank and a chance to slowly walk around thegrden , marvelling at the speed that things are growing.
Potted up a few seedlings whilst thinking about a conversation this morning that lifted me.. all because the person went out of their way to find me and to reassure me.
