Only uploading this because I want to be able to remember the day. There was a bit of suit shopping, which inevitably turned our evening plans into a suited event.

Matt and Martin came over for dinner where I cooked an adapted version of this recipe. I'm not a big fan of following recipes so I just tend to use them for guidance. It was one of the most enjoyable evenings of the term - maybe even the year. Matt and Martin are amazing people and I've very much enjoyed getting to know them a lot better this year. These two will be missed very much next year.
