Buds and flowers

Blowing a gale again today - consequently there have been lots of buds and flowers forming piles in our gardens and on our paths. It has been dry since earlier in the morning but the wind has been not only strong but bitter.
Didn't do much outside. We did the usual weekly shop in the morning.
My bruises are worse today and my arms look a mess! They are not sore though (unless I press on the bruising) so that's something to be thankful for.
Made plans to meet my daughter at the RHS Bridgewater on Monday and geocaching with pals on Wednesday so I hope the weather is dry.
