Blueberry blossom

We had a good market this morning, people’s were happily shopping for pies, cakes and jam.
Pete brought some of his purple sprouting broccoli which I was delighted to get some of. It’s my favourite spring vegetable and somehow I failed to grow any last year, a big oversight!
Bonnie had a good walk up Arnside Knot with Rob, her first visit up there and she seemed very pleased with it.
We put up a new fence for the hens, so they can use some more of the orchard without escaping into my rose garden. They are delighted to have some fresh grass to go at, and I hope they will reward us!
