Allen key peregrine

Had a leisurely start to the morning and then walked up to the venue for my lecture to meet my host in the cafe.  Had a chat over a shared piece of flapjack and then got to work.  
The session went well.  There were a few questions afterwards which showed that they had understood my slides.
We had lunch at a Greek restaurant and then headed back to the social sciences building to record some content for the distance learners.
Walked back to the station with my host and then started the homeward journey. Did some crochet on the way.   The change in London went well and I was back home just after 8.
