Queanbeyan

Another day, another Autumn Heritage Festival treat. So far our outings have been more about Queanbeyan (the NSW town just over the border), than Canberra. I remember someone once boasting to me that Queanbeyan had a microclimate far superior to Canberra’s but that wasn’t the case today. I dressed for 21C without the wind chill factor!

This is a picture from outside the main high school. My son always laughs at me for loving stereotypical trees of this shape!
