Red fruit

Our weather forecast today was 'showers, rain developing'. We walked to the village early in dry conditions, carrying umbrellas. We walked home in light rain, which has strengthened and continued most of the day. We've had 30 mm so far.

My photo today was taken from underneath an umbrella. It's a species of cycad growing in a neighbour's garden, possibly Cycas revoluta which is commonly available in local plant nurseries. It's often called Sago Palm.
