One of our most popular food writers set a challenge in her column in todays paper. That is to set a goal of eating 30 or more plant based foods each week. You can eat each food as many times as you like but may only count it once during the week. Given that herbs and spices as well as tea and coffee, grains and pulses can all be included I think it should be quite easy to reach that goal.
