How to train your cheese.

When a cheese is young and immature it should be trained before allowing into the company of the other cheeses in your refrigerator.   I find it best to keep it in its own little enclosure, in fact best even after training.
 
You’ll know a cheese is no longer immature when it comes if you call.  If it runs away then perhaps you have overdone the training.
