Woodland Manoeuvres

When I was put with Megan this morning I decided instead of walking right round the woods in John ~Muir Country Park I would walk through the middle bit where they have been chopping down the fallen trees from Storm Arwen and cutting them up for logging. It was a rather depressing sight as it felt that nearly all of the centre of the woods have been obliterated with a line of trees round the edges still standing. Having walked in these woods for the past seventeen years  down the many pathways, nooks and crannies there were it seems so sad. that one night's storm winds could do so much damage.. My blip records how active the tree surgeons have been.
