Vercelli Towers and Apertivi

Hey, I swapped my featured foto from food to towers. I think it is a more interesting picture. But, the blip will continue to talk about food an the apertivi in the extra photo!
When we are staying in an apartment, we have more control over our eating habits…what we eat and especially when we eat. When we are ‘on the move’, not so much, the restaurants don’t open the doors until 8 pm. How to wait until so late for dinner? The Italians have a perfect solution: appertivi. And some places really provide quite a spread. Our BnB host recommended Camillo’s Bar & Bakery for apertivi…and it was perfect. There was enough food to tide us over until dinner at 8 pm, plus plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day! All for 4 euros (about $5-6). The negroni and prosecco were extra…
