ship ahoy

this was a favourite scene in the boating pond today at the annual "Ship Ahoy" exhibition which featured over a dozen ship societies vying for new members and funds of course...also present were model boat and railway clubs, transport book stalls, and Ayrshire Railway Preservation Group where I was pleased to meet fellow blipper McTumshie who volunteers at the Doon Valley Railway.....so much to learn throughout the Maritime Museum in Irvine where it was held, on the banks of the River Irvine see extra
