Quiche Lorraine

I knocked up a quick Quiche for supper tonight to accompany salad - reasonably appropriate for a warmish day if you happened to be in the sun as a cool nagging breeze otherwise kept the temperature down. Fresh farm eggs added a rich colour and texture.
