Surprise in the mail

I received a card in the post yesterday from my son - the one l picked up from school and took to to the hospital earlier in the week.  I am pleased to say his gash is healing well, l guess there will be a scar but not too bad a one hopefully.
I did laugh at the card but wasn't that a nice thought from him.
I am posting this at 6:30 in the morning- l am off out for the day on the monthly bird trip, this time to Minsmere RSPB in Suffolk.  A long old journey and not too warm.
