Nesting

Both swans were together today, lovingly tending to their eggs. 
The weather was much more Spring like and the birds were tweeting away. If you zoom in on the extra, you can perhaps see the swans' nest on the far side of the pond. 
After a walk around the duck pond, A & I popped to the Hearth, where a collective of artists have their studios, for an open gallery event in Horsley. There were some beautiful pieces of art and pottery. We had a lovely coffee & chocolate orange brownie too. 
In the evening, A, F & I went to Chak Doom, Jesmond, for a delicious taste of authentic Indian street food. The extra shows my sweet lassi and the restaurant's attention to detail. 
All in all, a lovely Saturday with some novel outings.
