Thousand Island lighthouse

Today was a very long day, I started out by 6:10 am to visit my mother and aunt in Brockville. I stopped along along the Thousands island parkway to get a possible blip. I found however that there was a lot of smog in the air and was not able to get a clear shot of many items on the water. They said that the smog was coming from forest fires in Northern Quebec and Labrador. I like how the light house turned out but had so many pictures to choose from today. I have posted more of the images on my Flickr account.

I made it to Brockville by 10 am and had a good visit. I even took some time to visit with my great aunt. I left Brockville by 8:00 pm thinking I would be getting home by about midnight. I ended up in a traffic jam 15 km long as they closed to 2lanes for construction near Kingston. I ended up home at 1:30 am. So I have left this blip until this morning
