Sweepers

It's been raining cats and dogs here so I went to the river today to see how high it's risen... NOT A SCRAP. I was a little disappointed.

This was taken on the same corner as a few other blips. I have no idea why, But in China, most of the drains are away from the corners at intersections and the actual corner always seems to be lower than where the drains are. Consequently, water tends to sit on the corners. That's where these people come in. They use their 'brooms' to 'sweep' the water into the drains. Funny system... The lady seems to be dancing and they were all having a good time.
