Bruno and I walked to Juan's for Breakfast Club this morning. The acupuncture has helped to the extent that I had little or no sciatic pain today, for the first time in over a year.

After a drizzly and dull Saturday, the sun is now out and with washing all done, it may be time for a siesta on the terrace.

It's a hard life on the Costa, but someone's got to live it.
