Talk prep and coffee

I spent Saturday in the coffee house prepping a talk. Extra photo is my view from my table! I am helping to facilitate a short wellness course for women from a Christian perspective with my friends Carolyn and Helen. Key topics are covering Rest and Relaxation; Worry and Anxiety etc etc. I am sharing on Monday on Beauty and Self Esteem. No biggie!
