Cowslips…

… ‘This flower is said to be extremely precious to fairies and is used to find their hidden treasures and gifts’.
That’s one meaning anyway, one I like. (Another relates to them growing where ‘cow slops’ are plentiful, I’ll leave that to your imagination!). They’re pretty in the sun anyway. (And we have no cows in the garden).

I’m in the doghouse for having walked in the garden near where bulbs are planted. (Quite right, I should have paid more attention. ‘Forgive us our trespasses’?…).
