Spargelzeit

It feels like winter again, but the asparagus season is here nevertheless. 
I prefer oven asparagus to cooked ones. With potatoes, ham and sauce hollandaise (3rd Sunday in a row). I also like lukewarm asparagus salad with strawberries,  but that's for another day.
