Trip to the Tiso in Perth for new walking shoes, trip to Tesco, lunch, book, walk up Garshellach.  I was doing good on my time climbing Garshellach until about 3-4 minutes from the top when I went over my ankle and fell in a heap!  Doh!  I am such a disaster area just now!!!
