Tree pruning

C & K have pollarded lime trees in their front garden, as do the other gardens in their street.  They cut them back quite hard this year, and bought a great bit of kit to do the job.  It basically is a chain saw on a stick!!!!  So today C came up with her new kit and pruned the top of our cherry tree which Bob couldn't reach.  She also did our plum tree while she was at it.  She was very suitably attired for the job too!!!

We had a good day with church then a nice lunch and some household and garden chores.  I made some soup also, and had made a casserole on the slow cooker, so we had a good meal after all the work.
