Too much like hard work

Today was mainly spent around the garden as the sky was blue for most of it, not to mention quite warm in the early afternoon. It would be polite to ask "More of the same please" but one of my neighbours casually mentioned that it is going to "Chuck it down" tomorrow and as the Met Office agrees, I guess the request would be in vain.

Part of the afternoon was spent dismantling a little galvanised shed I had acquired over a year ago from a garden that Dad looked after. Whilst it sat waiting for some attention, high winds at the start of the year gave it flying lessons...and as the year has been what it's been here thus far, your Gal had just chosen to ignore it.

Anyway, it now lives in pieces at the recycling centre (council tip) and the unruly garden looks a tiny bit tidier.

During these goings on a long telephone chat was had with lovely Ms.Arell where we discovered that two of the mini-markets in my locality are 'mobile signal black holes', or at least they are at the back of each store near the chiller cabinets, and neither had 'the thing' in stock that youngest had requested.

Speaking of youngest, I took her for a bimble on Biscuit and we dropped in to see my parents by which time it had gotten dark.
