JIM SIMS COTTAGE

This is one of the most outstanding structures in this city. It's in the middle of the city too which is fantastic. It stands out and has some creepy feel to it.

I'm still unsure if anyone lives here but the 8 years I've lived here I've never seen anyone kicking about.

I say "right on" to the city for allowing this building to "bydand" and still be here to this day.
