Harry Potter's Kitchen

Out to lunch today where it was all happening including the making of this magical dish! Everything was perfect, as always, but today we were joined by a film crew who had even less knowledge of the workings of a kitchen than me. I don't know how many takes they did of a chef cooking a piece of salmon but at one point we heard the director say 'Can't you get some flames to give it all a bit more drama?' If they wanted drama then they should see me cooking sometime!
