Dinghies

There’s always a couple of dozen in a wonky line at the northern end of Coogee beach, but I’ve never seen one in the water. A few people were swimming across the bay, seaweed had washed up in abundance, no sea glass was to be seen. A woman in a half-wetsuit was getting out of the ocean pool. It was 21C in the water.
