Snoozing...

Now there's relaxed cat! Not ours I'm afraid, she jumps at her own shadow. This is the boyfriend, a lovely ginger tom.

At last a sunny and warmish Spring day... We've caught up on the gardening jobs - the first cut of the lawn and I've transferred a few more plants to plastic pots for transporting.

We'd just settle down for a quiet evening when we got a message to go out for an early evening meal and meet up with friends. As it was just around the corner it wasn't too much of an effort to go. And the friends in question usually spend much of the summer running a hostel in Iceland, so we don't get to see them very often over that time of the year.
