Eva Smith : Private View

I swam 120 laps of the really long outdoor pool in the raging morning sunlight; moments don't get better. It was only my flailing limbs that disrupted the tranquil peace of the crystal clear water, as I watched my gyrating shadow flicker upon the ample pool floor.

The rest of the day was spent leaping about after me Ma getting her ready for her ceramics private view. As the evening rolled in, so did lots of interested people + out came the bubbles. It was a good thing that I was in charge of the bar, because I got to drink the bubbles as well. I was very proud of my Mama, she sold a lot of stuff and the show was a terrific success.
