St George's Day
We should be proud to celebrate St George's Day, although he wasn't even an Englishman he has come to represent the bravery and devoutness of patriotism of England.
A Turkish born Roman Officer who never fought a dragon and was never actually a knight, as he is usually depicted. However, he was a martyr for his Christian belief.
It's all in 'English Heritage', and despite never setting foot in England he will remain our Patron Saint and someone to look up to.
