Mamma Mia The Party

Emcoops and I met up for an early early swim at HYMB. The water is still chilly and weirdly, the changing room was crowded. I guess Spring and a new season has awakened dormant swimmers.

Later this afternoon, 6 of us from church headed to the O2 arena for ‘Mamma Mia! The Party’.

It was utterly brilliant - a Christmas present for me from Elbows - and a fantastic one.
All the music is live, delivered in a story, different to but like the film. The 4-course meal was Greek food, just like you’d get in a Greek Taverna. All the waiters were dancers, musicians, singers and there were guitars everywhere, put down and picked up again. It was lively, professional, smooth, lots of fun and utterly wonderful.
