Carisbrooke Castle

Rather than just drive past the turning to the Castle, on my way hime after lunching with friends, , I decided to park at the bottom of the hill and walk up to the entrance snd then around the moat. I love to see the Cowslips growing there this time of year. I reminisced about all the times we played there as children, ‘courted’ as teenagers and walked our dog.Around 20 years ago I also lived at the bottom of the hill too.
