Wattled lapwing/plover

Another bird - on the farm this time.  We went out to check the game and came across this little beauty. All appears we'll though one of the baby sable did not seem 100% so we will have to keep an eye on it - there are an awful lot of ticks around and they are susceptible to tick bites.  Dave might have to try and give it some anti tick muti - tough as they are skittish but he will make a plan as farmers do.
Been out to dinner with some other farmer friends a few miles down the road - lovely evening catching up and reminiscing.
